Important information before starting a return or exchange:
- Masks, Gaiters & Socks cannot be returned.
- We can only accept items purchased from JED-Co.com. We cannot accept items purchased from a retail store or any other website.
- We can only accept unworn & unused items.
- When applicable, refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, depending on the issue.
- Exchanges are always free - including shipping!
- If item is defective or damaged, we will exchange or offer a full refund at our cost.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order has been returned. Be sure to sign up here to find out about free shipping promotions for future orders!
- BOGO sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
