Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your JEDCo purchase! If you have any issues with your order - we want to make it right.

Contact us via email us or send us a chat within 60 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason you are unhappy and we will take it from there :)

  • Masks, Gaiters & Socks cannot be returned.
  • We can only accept items purchased from JED-Co.com. We cannot accept items purchased from a retail store or any other website.  
  • We can only accept unworn & unused items.
  • When applicable, refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, depending on the issue. 
  • If item is defective or damaged, we will exchange or offer a full refund at our cost.
