Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping - Delivery by 12/24

• We encourage you to shop early to avoid carrier delays. 
• Dates and times are estimates only, based on carrier transit times. Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Order by December 12 at 11:59 PM PST for PO Boxes/APO/FPO.
• To help ensure a successful delivery, triple-check the shipping address.
• UPS and USPS operate independent of JEDCo.

When will my order ship?

• All orders from 11/27 through 12/1 will start shipping Monday, 12/2.
• We make every effort to fulfill orders within 2-4 days, and most of the time it's much sooner!
• Shipping times will vary based on where you are located & items selected.
• Please understand that if you choose expedited shipping this doesn't factor in fulfillment times.

Shipping Options

We currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $65+.

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.

Shipment Tracking

Once shipping is confirmed you will receive an email with a tracking number. Note that tracking information may take time to be updated by the shipping carrier.
