Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your JEDCo purchase! As long as your product is unworn (of course, it's OK if you've tried it on), unused and unwashed we will gladly offer free exchanges within 60 days of purchase!

Important information before starting an exchange or return:
- Exchanges are always free - including shipping!
- Socks cannot be returned.
- We can only accept items purchased from JED-Co.com. We cannot accept items purchased from a retail store or any other website.
- We can only accept unworn & unused items.
- When applicable, refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, depending on the issue.
- If item is defective or damaged, we will exchange or offer a full refund at our cost.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order has been returned. Be sure to sign up here to find out about promotions for future orders!
- BOGO sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
